Verizon Wireless Senior VP has some interesting news for us. The new LTE WWAN device which is doing the rounds for a while now has the ability to support 3G. This bridge between the two technologies has been sorted out and each 4G data-only products can support 3G as well. Additionally Tony has also revealed that verizon is very interested in launching a smartphone on its own LTE network which will increase the mobile hotspot as well. But there were no plans about the carries plans for the vendors. 
Still experts feel that it would be similar to “whispers” and would definitely be little overpriced than what we pay now.
