Toshiba’s portable Canvio drives with storage capacity of upto 1TB

Toshiba has recently released the Canvio portable hard drives with different storage capacity including 500GB, 640GB, 750GB and 1 TB. The drives are priced at $120, $140, $150 and $190 respectively. Canvio drives will have a preloaded Windows-based NTI BackupNow EZ software which allows the users easily to set up automatic backups without going for any external software’s. The device is powered using the USB 2.0 connector, so no need for an external power source. This 5,400 RPM Canvio portable drives also have an internal shock sensor and anti-slip rubberized side grip. The device is available for sale directly through Toshiba in five attractive colors including black, blue, red, green and silver.
