Toshiba announced the new dual touch screen netbook, the Toshiba Liberto W100. This new notebook from Toshiba uses a virtual keyboard instead of physical one.
The dual touch screen feature will let you to drag applications from one screen to another and when turned 90 degrees it can be used as an e-book reader.

The Toshiba Liberto W100 features Intel U5400 processors, 2GB RAM, 62GB SSD, 1 megapixel camera, microSD card reader and USB 2.0 port. The battery of the device will give you five hours of usage.
The device will go on sale in Japan in late August, there is no details about its release date in the US and other markets. Price of the Toshiba Liberto W100 is not yet announced.

Excellent idea for people with mobile lives, but netbooks and tablets can already do this by wifi linkups and this method is still a lot pricey compared to before. Plus the hdtv tuner is the premium extra cost in so far.
