Rainy Days Make You Cry?

Let’s make a rainbow! I got a present in the mail today.  A very unexpected present at that.

It’s from Spooles.  You know, the purse company.  What? You’ve never heard of Spooles? It’s pronounced “spoo-lees” - easy. Well, the owner of Spooles is a client of mine and we’ve been working on a project and some marketing stuff.

The beautiful bag is a thank you for the consulting work I have done for her.  I have to say though that I think I got the better end of the bargain because I love this purse. Have I told you how much I love presents? Well, this wasn’t just any present.  It’s baby pink super soft suede with a metallic silver leather strap that’s embellished with rose pink Swarovski crystals and silver studs. To say it’s “ME” is an understatement.  After I stopped jumping up and down (and screaming) I had to run to share it with you.

Let’s Go Sailing…

You know if I bought this handbag I’d want a yacht to go with it. But if I had the money for a yacht, I know I’d want a more expensive purse than this one.

There’s something about this adorable cableknit purse that makes me want to get out my capris, sailor tee, preppy slip-ons and go sailing. I think it’s the pink and blue striped ribbon. It’s cute enough for everyday wear, but it’s not blah or boring.

Cascada - Everytime We Touch Video

I found a new artist out of Germany that I had not heard before. She calls herself “Cascada” but her real name is Natalie Horler. Her music will get you moving. She’s currently touring clubs in the U.S.  Her music has familiar beats, standard club style, but it will wake you up on this groggy Monday morning! Funky, Fresh, Fabulous… Your Dog Wants This!

Don’t you think that Fido and FiFi get tired of pink? Shut up. I know I’m obsessed with pink.. but it doesn’t mean that your dog is. And how would you feel if you were a dog named Fido dressed in a pink tutu? Well, this retractable dog leash from Target is too cute. We LOVE Target and this mod retro orange, green, yellow, aqua, red design is just too cool.

FYI: It doesn’t arrive for few more weeks but they are allowing you to pre-order the leash.

Girly Pink Cellphone Nokia 6111

Move over Motorola Razr, there’s a new girl in town!  Meet the pink Nokia 6111 slider phone that you can get at T-Mobile.  With a 1.0 megapixel camera, 6x digital zoom and video recording functionality this is one hot cellphone. From what I read it’s going to be available in March 2006, so keep your eyes peeled for this little number.  Okay, so I have to admit it.. I actually like this cellphone better than the RAZR.

Price doesn’t look too bad.. about $120 with a service plan and $300 for pre-paid celluslar.  Sure beats paying $250 for a RAZR with a 2 year service agreement.

Pink Dishwasher!!!!

Oh no they didn’t.  Oh yes they did! Smeg, the company with the really odd name, has done it again. This time we get a funky retro style dishwasher in baby pink. Yes, ladies.. you got the refridgerator, right? Well, girlfriend you now need the matching dishwasher!  I want one myself. Hell, at this rate I’ll never get remarried as no man will want to live in my Barbie dreamhouse. *laugh* I also like the baby blue dishwasher as well.

Need a Pink Taxi, Anyone?

The ladies of the UK can now travel in a stylish and safe pink Renault Kangoo taxi. It features bubble gum pink, or actually more of a Barbie pink paint job and luscious leather seats in pink as well.  The service is designed to make traveling via taxi safer for women.  I think it’s a great idea. The only down side that I see is that it would draw a lot of attention. I’m more of an “off the radar” girl myself so I can’t quite imagine showing up in a Barbie car.. but then again I would definitely use a service like this for my daughters.
