Sprint and T-mobile are both going to launch the new versions of the LG Optimus smartphones. Both these mobile operators are now hoping to attract more new smartphone customers towards their business.

The T-Mobile’s LG Optimus version will be called as the Optimus T. The smartphone will come with packed features like 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display, Android 2.2 Operating System, 3.2-megapixel camera and upto 32 GB memory card support. T-mobile has not announced the price or release date of the Optimus T. However it is expected to go on sale by October in black and burgundy colors.

Sprit’s T-Mobile version will be called as the Optimus S which has pretty much the same specifications. The Optimus S device will include a new Android apps Sprint bundle which also includes a new “Sprint ID” which lets the users to download apps, wallpapers etc in one pack. The Optimus S also support Mobile HotSpot facility; hence you can connect up to five different devices with the phone to make use its 3G connectivity. Sprint’s LG Optimus S will hit the market on October 31st for $49.99 with two-year service agreement.
