Sony has recently introduced two new camera the a55 and a33.  So, what’s new with this new camera model is that it features a new translucent mirror technology that enables the users to take photos much faster than any other cameras.  The Sony a33 camera comes with a 14.2 megapixel lens that can shoot pictures in two modes Speed Priority mode and Continuous Shooting mode at 7ps and 6fps respectively.

The Sony a55 has a 16.2 megapixel lens that can shoot at 10fps in Speed Priority mode and 6 fps in Continuous Shooting mode.  Both these cameras come with an electronic viewfinder (EVF) and a 3-inch LCD screen that can move up and down 180-degrees.  Some of the feature of a55 and a33 include Sony’s Sweep panorama mode, 3D sweep panorama mode, Auto HDR and Hand-held Twilight mode.

The a55 and a33 will be sold with an 18-55mm lens for $850 and $750 respectively.  Both the models are expected to hit the market by this September.
