Android users are yet to come across applications that are compelling like the Symbian versions. Also, there may not be frequent apps releases for Android OS like Symbian. Nevertheless, a new Android app called Skytunes has been released which is made with Adobe’s Air SDK.
Skytunes is a new application that allows the users to enjoy their favorite music directly from their pc to phone from anywhere. Actually there are already few applications available that do the same roles, but Skytunes will be the first to be developed using Adobe’s Air.
You can also save loads of space on your SD card by using the Skytunes application because the apps allow you to stream music from your PC directly through your phone. So, to make use of this wonderful application, you simply need to download the server files to your computer and the skytunes application onto your phone from Android Market. The application works perfectly on Windows, Linux and OSX platforms without any problems. That said, you need to have Android 2.2 or higher version on your phone for the application to work.
The other best part is Skytunes can work on all data connections including 3G/4G and WiFi. So, you can use either of these, whichever is feasible. You can download the PC server version of Skytunes here and the apps directly from Android Market.
