Samsung’s new PL80 is a cute little digital camera packed with lots of features including a 2.7-inch 230×400 pixel LCD display to preview the images and videos immediately. The Samsung PL80 measures just 96.8 x 57.5 x 20.2mm, so you can slip into your packet with ease. Functional controls are available on the top plate and right of the screen on the rear. You can easily charge the battery of the camera via your PC, so no need for you to carry an external charger. 
The PL80 camera has got five shooting modes: Movie, Dual IS, Scene, Program and Smart Auto. The lens offers 5x optical zoom and video capture is offered at a maximum 640 x 480 at 30fps. There are some drawbacks like the start-up time of the camera is little slow, low light performance and low audio quality. However, for the price tag of just £129 ($ 198.18) you can’t expect much from Samsung.
