Samsung NC10 notebook is the first ever mini-laptop from Samsung with a 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 TFT display.  The NC10 features an Intel Atom N270 1.6 GHz processor running windows xp, 1 GB DDR2 RAM, 80 GB, 120 GB or 160 GB hard drive and upto 6 hours of battery backup.

The design part of Samsung NC10 is excellent with smooth edges and matte plastic lid.  Power button on the circular right hinge and the glowing status lights on the front edge, shows how well the Samsung NC10 is designed to beat all its competitors.

The NC10 notebook measures 10.3 x 7.3 x 1.2 inches and weighing only 2.8 lbs including its Li-Ion 6-cell battery.  The notebook also comes with a large, spacious keyboard, regardless of the small size and weight.  The keys in NC10 are perfectly placed for easy typing. The Samsung NC10′s touchpad is small and the mouse button is single bar with no dedicated left and right buttons.

The video and audio of the notebook is pretty decent.  The Samsung NC10 specification include a 3-in-1 car reader, Intel GMA 950 graphics card, 1.3 megapixel camera, 3 high-speed USB ports, 3.5mm headphone jack, mic, VGA port and an Ethernet port.  The NC10 lacks an optical storage device, but you can always use a SD/ SDHC memory card. The Samsung NC10 is available in black, white and blue colors for $379.99.
