Samsung recently unveiled a new LED-backlit display, the EX series that is believed to be the world’s thinnest large format display. The new Samsung EX series will be available in three different sizes 40, 46 and 55-inches.
The EX series LED-backlit displays are 30% to 40% lighter than similar sized LEDs and can save up to 40 percent on electricity bill than the conventional LCD displays.
Features of this EX series LED display includes 1920 x 1080 Full HD support, 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, RJ45 port and a built-in PC option.
No detail on pricing is announced.
