Microsoft is finally going to release the Zune HD 64 GB model on April 12 for just $349.99, which is like $50 cheaper than the 64GB Apple iPod touch. Microsoft is also planning to cut the prices of their existing Zune HD models to compete with Apple’s iPod touch. According to sources, the Zune HD 16GB would cost $199.99 and 32GB model cost $269.99.
Microsoft is also planning to release a new firmware update for both new and exiting Zune HD models by this year. Now we wait to see whether Apple come up with new iPod touch prices.
