That is a very cleaver idea and surf board décor is getting to be huge. You would need to pull those colors through the rest of the décor though to make it work. If you could find an area rug with some of the yellow and just a little of the pink it could work without being overwhelming.

I like this fan, I can easily picture it in a Hawaiian, surf-themed room. I’ve seen similar fans in Oahu and I must say they look mighty attractive.
