Google have already withdrawn their search engine services and features from China. Now Google says that some of their mobile services are also now partially blocked within mainland China. However, it is still unclear whether the block would be persistent or not. This block will affect the users who are located in the China and uses Google-powered phones. People won’t be able to use most of the features Google provides including the mobile version of e-mail, maps, search, etc.
According to Google’s status page, services like YouTube, sites, Blogger are completely blocked while Picasa, Groups, Docs and Mobile are partially blocked.
