Mimo has just released a new touch screen monitor, the iMo Monster.  It is a 10.1-inch size touch screen monitor with the resolution of support of 1024 x 600 pixels and 400:1 contrast ratio.  The monitor could be connected using the USB 2.0 port.

The device weighs just 1.77 lbs (.806 kg) and comes with several features including built-in stylus, two additional USB input ports, easy auto display driver install, Kensington lock security system and the device is also EnergyStar certified.

The iMo Monster monitor is fully compatible with Mac OS and the device is now available for sale at $259.99 USD as a limited supply.
