Epson recently announced its new line of PowerLite 1700-Series Wireless Projectors delivering high color brightness and packed in sleek, lightweight design. The PowerLite 1751, 1761W, 1771W, and 1776W models weighs less than four pounds and features HDMI connectivity as well as advanced wireless capabilities. The ultra-portable 1700-Series is ideal for both office and on the move needs.
The PowerLite 1751 and 1761W models offer 2,000 lumens of color brightness and 2,600 lumens of white brightness, whereas the 1771W and 1776W projectors offer 3,000 lumens of color brightness and white brightness. Epson 1751 is a XGA resolution projector, while the 1761W, 1771W, and 1776W models feature WXGA 16:10 widescreen resolution, which is suitable for laptops and widescreen multimedia contents.
Like any other PowerLite projectors, the 1700-Series also offers wide range of connectivity options for easy use in different environments. All models feature HDMI connectivity for high quality audio and video transmission. The PowerLite 1761W, 1771W and 1776W support the 802.11 b/g/n module, so users can show their presentations with audio wirelessly. Also with the Epson’s iProjection app both Apple and Android users can present from their mobile devices any time.
All models feature USB plug n play, so easy projection of images and audio is possible from a PC or MAC via a single USB connection, so no need of using VGA cables anymore. The projectors also support USB memory devices such as flash drives, so you can take your presentations with you anywhere and easily view it without a laptop or PC. In addition, the PowerLite 1776W model also features Quick-Connect Wireless USB key for easy wireless presentations.
The PowerLite 1700-Series projectors are easy to setup since they feature keystone correction – all four models feature automatic vertical keystone correction, while the PowerLite 1775W additionally supports automatic horizontal keystone correction. Moreover, the PowerLite 1776W projector can automatically adjusts keystone and focus to fill the screen size. Epson 1700-Series can easily project a 60-inch image from just four feet away, so you can place the projectors in a flexible position and even in smaller rooms quite easily.
Some of the additional features of the new ultra-portable series projectors include travel friendly design, Instant Off, EasyMP Monitor and Control, up to 4,000 hours of extended lamp life and 3LCD technology. Epson’s PowerLite 1700-series projectors – 1751 ($649), 1761W ($799), 1771W ($999) and 1776W ($1,099) are currently available for purchase with a two-year limited warranty.
