Dell is all set to release its first tablet cum smartphone in US on Friday at AT&T network. The Dell Streak will ship with a 5-inch touchscreen display with 480 x 800 pixels, 19GB total memory which included the 16GB removable memory card.
The Dell Streak does lack in screen resolution, when compared to iPhone 4. So, if you’re looking for a better clarity screen, then you can stick onto your iPhone’s for sometime till an upgraded version from Dell is announced.
The major advantage with Dell Streak is that it comes with the Android 1.6 OS (upgradable to v2.2 Froyo ). Therefore you can download all the available 38,000 third-party applications into your phone without any compatibility issues.
As far specs concern, the Dell Streak will feature a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with dual-LED flash, Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8250 1 GHz processor, 512 MB RAM and ROM, A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth v2.0 and 3G.
