Cisco to Launch Next Generation’s CRS-3 Core Router

Another interesting update to all my visitors on Cisco upgrades.  Cisco is soon to unveil the next generation router called the CRS-3 which is three times the capacity of the available platform currently.  As internet is scaling at a fast rate the need for the next upgrade was very essential is known by Cisco and this should be the reason for the launch of CRS-3.  This CRS-3 is intended to have a capacity of 322Terabit/sec which is triple the speed of CRS-1.  This CRS-3 will change the dimension of the  internet into a new era by providing a multimedia platform for media and entertainment.  The speed of this router cannot be explained very easily because it is damn speed in transferring data’s at a fast rate.  As the next generation internet needs serious speed core routers the CRS-3 promises to satisfy its needs.  And now, AT&T is trying some tests with CRS-3 witjh 100Gbit sec data links using Commercial fibres.  This Core CRS-3 router is scheduled to release in the third quarter of the year.
