Samsung Galaxy Tab:

Samsung Galaxy Tab is available in two versions, 7.0 inch and 10.1 inch.  The 7-inch tablet comes with Android 2.2 Froyo OS whilst the 10.1 inch version runs Android Honeycomb 3.1 OS.

If you are looking for a best android tablet that offers good browsing experience, then we would recommend you to take a look at the 10.1 version because it supports flash as well as the user interface is much better than the Android 2.2 OS.  It also boasts dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM which provides flawless HD video and gaming experience.  It is much thinner than the latest Apple iPad 2 thus this tablet would be the right alternative to iPad, and it’s going to cost you much lesser than Apple iPad as well.

Motorola Xoom: Motorola Xoom features dual core 1 GHz processor and 10.1-inch widescreen display to give you super fast multi tasking experience.  In fact Motorola Xoom was the first tablet loaded with the Honeycomb OS.

The front-facing camera gives you the real desktop like experience while having video chats over a WiFi connection.  You can also take pictures with its rear 5-megapixel camera and record 720p HD videos as well.  Motorola Xoom is one of the best android tablets that offer up to 10 hours of battery backup.
