Google has introduced their latest Android 4.0 operating system, the Ice Cream Sandwich. The new Android 4.0 OS for smartphone’s and tablets comes with wide range of new features along with a refined, unified user interface.
The Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system offers customizable home screens, easy multitasking, resizable widgets and new easy sharing ways. Android 4.0 also makes the user experience much better and engaging than previous versions. The new operating system is optimized for high resolution screens to provide a new look and feel to the user interface.
Ice Cream Sandwich operating system comes with virtual buttons as a replacement to the phones physical buttons that lets you navigate between screens quite easily. Just like previous Android versions, the new Android 4.0 OS supports multitasking but with better visuals and user interfaces. You can now switch between applications instantly using the recent apps button as well.
The highlighted feature of the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS is its new lock screen actions. Now users can access the camera as well as check messages without unlocking the device. The Galaxy Nexus features 1.2 GHz dual core processor that lets you switch between application and enjoy super fast internet browsing as well as gaming smoothly. The 4.65-inch HD sAMOLED display makes videos vivid and rich. The phone also comes with a high-end auto focus camera for taking stunning pictures and recording 1080p videos.
The release date and price details of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich supported Galaxy Nexus is yet to be announced.
