Acer is all set to release its new dual screen notebook in Japan very soon. The new stunning Iconia F54W notebook comes with virtual keyboard with all functions that you would find in a full size actual keyboard. Furthermore it also supports handwritten input for easy text and messaging.
The Acer Iconia F54W comes with a feature called Acer Ring that lets you to access applications and function smartly with scroll and touch. When you touch the screen with five fingers the Acer Ring will pop-up instantaneously then you’ll be able to select applications of your choice easily.
It also has a really cool feature that is specially designed for social networking sites like Facebook, Youtube and Flickr. Social Jogger is an application that opens all three social media sites simultaneously in the lower berth screen for users to keep in touch with their friends and share photos quickly and effortlessly.
The Gesture Editor in the Acer Iconia F54W dual screen notebook lets you set up your own gesture controls to access a particular function and program. You can use it for opening a website as well as to lock the PC.
Acer Iconia F54W dual screen notebook features Intel Core i5-480 processor, 640GB hard disk drive, 4GB or RAM, USB 3.0 and Bluetooth 3.0. The notebook comes with a pair of 14-inch touch screen with 1366×768 resolution. The Acer Iconia F54W will cost you around 150,000 Yen or $ 1850.
