Acer launched two new Aspire one series laptops in the US. These two new portable notebooks, the Aspire One 721 and Aspire One 521 will be using AMD’s new ultra-thin platform.
The Aspire One 721 notebook will feature an 11.6-inch LED-backlit CrystalBrite display with the resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. Athlon II Neo K125 (1.7 GHz) processor, 2GB of RAM, 250GB Hard disk drive, touchpad, WiFi and HDMI port. The Acer 721 will be shipped with Windows 7 Home premium OS and a 6-cell battery that provides up to 5.5 hours of non-stop operation.
The second model the Aspire One 521 notebook features a 10.1-inch display, 1GB RAM, 250GB Hard drive, Radeon HD 4225 graphics, Windows 7 Starter OS and battery that lasts for up to 7 hours of continuous operation.
Price of Acer Aspire One 721 and Aspire One 521 portable notebook is $430 and $350 respectively.
